What type of warranty do you offer on your roofing?
We provide a 20 year workmanship guarantee on our labor. The manufacturer guarantees all of our roofing products against defects in manufacturing for a specified shingle lifetime--25 years, 30 years, 50 years, and more, depending on the specific product.

How do I avoid Ice dams?
Ice dams are avoided by proper roof ventilation, and the removal of snow and ice along the eaves and overhangs. In severe cases, we install electrical heating tape which will help melt snow and ice buildup.
